Helping people and their animals have a peaceful relationship … with the Trust Technique.

Discover the hidden magic of the human and animal connection…

What is the Trust Technique?

The Trust Technique is a holistic method of addressing behavioral issues with animals by using Mindfulness (instead of dominance) to develop awareness and understanding and shift the perspective to promote Trust, Confidence, Healing and Deeper Connections with our animals.

It recognized that animals and humans share feelings, meaning that one reacts to the other. In practice, the human consciously chooses the feeling that wants the animal to react to, which in this case would be “peace of mind”. This is done by introducing the Present Moment which reduces thinking levels for both animal and human, and breaks the cycle of “over-thinking” that creates fear and anxiety, replacing it with acceptance, peace, trust, confidence, and connection.

The Trust Technique is based on the theory that deepening the bond between people and animals can transform the lives of both. The practice of the Trust Technique brings not only behavioral changes but deep emotional and spiritual healing for both the human and the animal alike. I invite you to join this magical transformation journey with your animal. It is my honor and privilege to support you.

“Veronica helped our puppy with his separation anxiety. She taught us to be present, understand and respect our puppy’s feelings, and react accordingly. By lowering our thinking levels, we were able to transmit that calm to our dog to help him cope with his fear of being alone. Thank you so much for helping us deal with this. And, on top of that, her natural treats are our puppy’s favorites!”
